This incident caused the partial closure of the CTA tunnel and the Terminal 3 car park.

Two more people have been arrested in connection with a robbery at London's Heathrow Airport where over twenty individuals were injured by what is thought to be pepper spray, according to police.

A 24-year-old man, was taken into custody in Lambeth for suspected theft and assault and a 23-year-old woman was detained on suspicion of conspiracy to commit robbery. They both are still being held, authorities confirmed.

These detentions follow an investigation into an assault at the multi-level parking garage at Terminal 3 this past Sunday. Before the attack, two women were robbed of their suitcases upon exiting a car park lift.

A three-year-old girl was one of the those hurt during the incident. A total of five individuals went to hospital for medical care and have since been discharged.

Police arrested a 31-year-old man for suspected robbery and assault near the scene. He has since been released under investigation while inquiries continue.

Authorities were called at approximately 08:10 GMT after reports came in regarding several people injured by a noxious substance thought to be pepper spray.

The attack - which authorities stated was isolated and not considered terrorism - caused delays to rail services and the partial closure of the main airport tunnel and the T3 car park briefly.
